You should not leave the Pyrénées Orientales until you have paid a little visit to this charming medieval village called Castelnou. It is located approximately 20 km southwest of Perpignan and is nestled at the base of Les Aspres foothills and the Canigou. Malmö Konsthall, one of the largest exhibition halls for contemporary art in Europe, continuously curates art that both challenges and inspires its visitors. Since its inauguration in 1975, architect Klas Anshelm's vision of a "Big low concrete box open to the park and light of the sky" has become a reality, creating a unique space that harmoniously merges art, architecture, and nature. With its expansive 2,000 square metre exhibition space, Malmö Konsthall provides a platform for three to four exhibitions each year. These carefully curated showcases feature a diverse range of local and international artists, fostering a dynamic exchange of ideas and perspectives. The hall's remarkable flexibility, generous space, and abundant natural light make it an ideal venue to showcase contemporary art in all its forms.

Adjacent to the Seven Mile Beach and within walking distance from Lennox Head village lies Lake Ainsworth, a fresh water lake surrounded by trees. Tea-tree tannins and oil infuse this freshwater lake for the most refreshing swim of your life. Have a picnic or a barbecue and then take off on a water adventure such as kayaking, swimming and windsurfing.
