Also known as Little India, Jalan Masjid India is one of Kuala Lumpur’s busiest districts where locals and visitors look for affordable shopping. Here you’ll find stalls and shops selling daily essentials, fresh produce, clothing, and even roadside betel nuts, all set against the constant movement of people. Located close to the meeting point of the Klang and Gombak rivers, the area has been a hub of Indian-Muslim culture since the British colonial period. While modern developments have brought new facilities, the neighbourhood has retained much of its traditional character.

Mojácar is home to two statues in honour ir “mojaqueras”. The statue of “La Mojaquera” (Mojácar woman) has stood in front of the Church since 1989. Sculpted in marble and dressed in the typical attire, she holds the Arab scarf with her teeth and carries the water vessel that was used to carry the precious liquid from the fountain. Located in the Plaza Rey Alabez, next to the parking area, it is a bronze sculpture, symbolizing the woman changing their shoes when entering and leaving the village. You can read a “güajira mojaquera” (a popular folk song).

Cabárceno Natural Park is a nature reserve and zoo situated in Penagos–17 kilometres south of Santander. Consisting of 750 hectares, the park is located in a former open-pit iron mine on a karstic landscape. It is home to animals such as brown bears, elephants, tigers, gorillas and lions–to name a few.

Donostia sits between hills around La Concha Bay, with Belle Époque architecture, famous restaurants, and a seaside vibe that makes it a killer day out. The Old Town (Parte Vieja) is your pintxo ground zero with narrow streets, tiny bars, and lots to try. East of there is the Gros neighbourhood with Zurriola Beach: waves, surf shops, and a youthful crowd. Across the bay are the more sheltered beaches La Concha and Ondarreta; Ondarreta borders the Antiguo neighbourhood, which feels quieter, leafier, with classic mansions, gardens, and a calm place to stroll.
