“El Gunko” is what the indigenous people of the area call the strange and appealing volcanic stone formation in Boquete. Aquae Calidae, located about 17 kilometres from central Burgas, is a historical site that blends ancient and modern elements. Known for its Roman baths dating back to the 1st century AD, the site also features medieval structures and the restored bathhouse of Suleiman the Magnificent.
