Pjaca Clock Tower imposes its figure with its impressive 1700 years of history. The tower's impressive height can be walked up a steep stairway that culminates in a breath-taking view of the Old Town and its vibrant flow of people. The tower features a 24-hour clock face signed with Roman numerals.

A 1.2-kilometre toboggan run winds its way through the forest of Lech and has several tight twists in store. And the high-speed descent just before the last station is guaranteed to cause adrenaline levels to really skyrocket. Tremendous fun which can be repeated quickly as the Oberlech mountain railway takes adventurous souls back to the start within four minutes.

As you wander through the streets of Phuket's Old Town, you’ll come across rows of pastel-hued shophouses and ornate Sino-Portuguese facades that still hint at the island’s trading past. Some are family homes, others have been converted into cafés, guesthouses, or small museums. On Sundays, Thalang Road turns into the Lard Yai market from late afternoon, with food stalls, music, and crafts filling the street.

This Hindu temple was the first of its kind in Canada. Craftsmen in India hand-carved limestone and marble and shipped parts of the temple to Toronto, where volunteering artisans from India assembled the parts and built the temple, all while living on site for 2 years. What came out is a stunning piece of Hindu temple architecture.
