Ann Norton Sculpture Gardens

Ann Norton’s sculptures are scattered throughout the house and gardens, which were created both to showcase the art and to provide a haven for local birds. The monolithic outdoor pieces are largely crafted of brick and have a substantial, almost primitive quality. They come upon you in the landscape as discoveries, set among a collection of palms that surpasses 300 specimens. The pieces are mostly bronze, stone and wood, with some standing as high as 12 feet tall.

Since 1977, Morikami has been a center for Japanese arts and culture in South Florida.
