Airport
Karlstad Airport is located about 18 km north of Karlstad with good connections to larger airports. There is a choice of airport bus and taxi to get you to and from the airport. The airport bus comes when you phone to book it and costs 60 kr per single trip. A taxi costs about 250 kr from central Karlstad to the airport. The journey takes about 20 minutes.
