Stavanger - Bars & Nightlife
In Stavanger, there are bars and pubs for every taste. For the true local experience, don’t forget to do a pub-crawl along the harbour, Vaagen, for a taste of sing-alongs, live music and trendy bars all clustered within half a kilometre.
Stavanger’s nightlife is more varied than the city’s size would suggest, and most bars tend to border on nightclubs as the evening wears on. The well-established Taket (the roof) night club or the trendy Café Sting are always sure to be a success. If you keep to the harbour area (Vaagen) or Soelvberget (the Silver Hill), you will never be looking long to find a place to move your feet.
